A Christmas is already close to come starting the Christmas preparations. I’m using modeling marzipan with a high sugar contain. 60% sugar and 40 % almond . Coloring the marzipan with food color and roll them out to 3 mm before cutting in different shape and assemble them together. They have a very long shelf live and can easy be stored .
